This company is conducting a supplier search for potential LCD display integrators for they Touch Monitor product line. We are looking for integrators that have the following manufacturing capabilities:
Potential suppliers must have experience assembling full LCD displays. This includes mounting all electronics (LCD, Inverter, Main Board, OSD Board) to metal frame and mounting all metal enclosures. The supplier must also have the capability to “Burn In” the monitor for 4 hours (Run the monitor at an elevated temperature environment). The potential supplier should also have experience integrating touch screens on LCD displays. This includes inspection, mounting and testing of the touch screen.
The supplier must have a strong purchasing organization to procure all required raw materials. They must have the ability to source the following key components: LCD, Inverter, Main Board, OSD Board, metal parts and accessories. We expect the supplier to have strong relationships with the major LCD suppliers (LG, Samsung, AUO, ChiMei) as this is the most valuable part of the display.
We also expect that the potential supplier to have a strong quality system. They should be familiar with the LCD display quality tests such as brightness, display timings, hipot tests, DDC programming and LCD inspection
